It is broadly sector-agnostic and looks to fund established, cash-generative businesses on the next stage of their development.

Patient capital

Unlike traditional funds, Waymade Capital does not have limited partners to whom it needs to return funds within a set timeframe. It is content to hold investments for longer than the 3 to 5 years typical in the industry.

Flexible approach

Waymade Capital takes primarily junior debt positions and minority equity or “silent partner” stakes. It considers majority equity or controlling stakes on occasion.
